Personally identifiable information will not be collected unless you voluntarily choose to send an email message or fill out and submit an online form. In order to play the Claim Your Future game, you must provide your grade level. If you indicate that you are playing Claim Your Future in connection with a classroom assignment, you must then enter your school’s name, school’s location by municipality and state, and your teacher’s last name, and complete the pre-assessment tool which is a series of multiple choice questions designed to elicit opinions about financial and educational behaviors. Your classroom assignment may also require you to complete the post-assessment tool, which is the same series of questions. If you choose to play Claim Your Future, you will be assigned a unique identifier which you can use to return to the game. If you are not playing Claim Your Future in connection with a classroom assignment, you may voluntarily choose to complete the pre- or post-assessment tool. Your choice not to participate in these activities will not impair your ability to browse. However, it may impair your ability to access certain information, or obtain a service online, or play the Claim Your Future game online. Other basic information, which is not connected to, and is maintained separately and apart from the identifier, is collected for the limited purpose of evaluating usage of the system and effectiveness of the product.

We observe applicable laws and regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA).
